考试恐惧症

表现为考生考试前产生害怕心理，出现一系列不良反应。考试过程中表现为紧张焦虑、头晕出汗、思维紊乱、记忆模糊、反应迟钝、精神不集中等。除心理反应外，严重的还可能引起生理上的头痛、胃痛、腹痛。
我很像有考试恐惧症。救我

为什么紧张?

第一次考试考到要哭，差一点就哭出来了。
刚才全身抖.
又要FAIL 了.
逃脱不了当失败者的使命.
真没有.
又一次,回到来才想到怎样做.
人人都看成绩来判断你有没有努力考.
谁会相信我努力过?

这个拜六就开始考了。

Yesterday my friend tag me in a photo(fb).
I got mad after I saw the photo.
It's a ghost photo,writing smth like if u see her.......
I was alone in  my room, and of course I'm scared.
My sis went back to home 2 days ago, I'm still overcoming that "abandon" feeling.
I'm kinda emo.
And without thinking I reported that photo as a spam/scam .
Today, I'm regret.
Am I wrong for reporting the photo as spam/scam?
We saw each other just now, we pretend that we din't see each other.

I want to go for a vacation.

Everything is fine.

So now is FEB, my sis and I stick together for almost 2 months already.
Everthing is fine, she did help me to clean up my room, clean up the plate.
Yeah,the intruder is no longer the intruder.
She become a partner, I don't feel that much lonely already.
I'm glad she came.
